With 24/7 Virtual Visits, you can connect to a designated virtual visit provider by phone or video¹using myuhc.com® or the UnitedHealthcare® app. Virtual Visit providers can treat a wide range of health conditions, from flu and pinkeye to migraines and more, and can even prescribe medication²as needed. Since 24/7 Virtual Visits can treat many of the same conditions as an ER or urgent care, it may be a good option to use as an alternative — particularly in times when your primary care provider isn’t available.
