Limited Medical Minimum Essential Coverage Plans

A mid-actuarial value group medical plan designed for everyday health care needs.

  • First-dollar coverage copays (no deductibles or coinsurance)
  • Limited coverage for network office visits, labs and imaging, urgent care visits, outpatient surgery and inpatient admissions
  • Emergency visits covered in and out of network
  • $0 additional cost for all services defined as preventive and mandated by the ACA
  • Lower premiums than major medical
  • Employees retain eligibility for ACA subsidies if they do not enroll in the plan
  • Level funded only
