Dustin Hinton
President, Chief Executive Officer – UnitedHealthcare
Employer and Individual, Wisconsin and Michigan
Dustin Hinton began his role as CEO in June of 2014. Under his leadership, the Wisconsin and Michigan health plans continue to make significant progress toward the company's broader strategic priorities of growth and retention. Dustin also serves as the UnitedHealthcare executive sponsor for the Business Health Group of Wisconsin, the vice president of the Alliance of Health Insurers (AHI) and has been an active board member for the American Lung Association of Wisconsin since 2011, as well as a board member for the American Lung Association for the Upper Midwest since 2013.
Prior to his role as CEO, Dustin served as UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin's vice president of account management for customers with 100+ employees, helping lead the plan to top honors as the best performing health plan in the company in 2012. Dustin graduated from the President's Leadership Development Program through The Wharton School in 2007. He began his career with UnitedHealthcare in 1994 on the underwriting team in Chicago.
Dustin holds degrees in political science and speech communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his wife, Dawn, live in Menomonee Falls with their son, Cole.
Angela Loberg
Executive Director, Sales & Account Management
Angela Loberg serves UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin as executive director to customers with 2-3,000 eligible employees in Small Business and Key Accounts. She has been with UnitedHealthcare for more than 16 years and is nationally recognized as a leader and innovator of a number of UnitedHealthcare strategies to grow business and implement new products and services.
Angela is involved in the promotion of Women in the Workplace through the Wisconsin Women of Influence Committee. In addition, Angela serves with the Central Region Broker Distribution team as a subject matter expert on innovation.
Prior to her current role, Angela served as vice president of sales and account management for Small Business. She began her career in 1997 with American Medical Security, a company ultimately acquired by UnitedHealthcare.
Angela holds a degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is an active member of an executive committee with The Hunger Task Force. She and her husband, Sven, live in Milwaukee with their two children, Landon and Olivia.
Dave Bishop
Director, Account Management
Specialty & Fully Insured Small Business and Key Accounts
Since accepting the Small Business role in 2013, and subsequently adding Key Accounts oversight in 2017, Dave Bishop’s focus has been on the retention and service of UnitedHealthcare members in Wisconsin for customers with 2-3,000 employees.
Dave has been instrumental in both leading his team through the many changes brought about by the Affordable Care Act and in helping team members build trust and strengthen relationships with external partners and customers.
With 22+ years of diversified experience in the insurance industry, Dave has held positions in operations, led successful multi-state medical and financial underwriting teams and managed both small and large group medical and ancillary lines accounts.
Dave believes that strong, collaborative relationships with employees, coworkers, business partners and customers are critical to a company's success. He also believes that serving the community in which one lives is an important way to cast a shadow of leadership.
Seeking to give back to his community, Dave currently serves as a member of the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce board of directors and also sits on the boards of Wello, a nonprofit focused on health and well-being in the greater Green Bay community, and the Green Bay East Side Little League. He is also an active member of Green Bay's Diversity and Inclusion Task Force and is very active with his church.
Dave received a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Valparaiso University. After 16 years in the Minneapolis area, Dave, his wife and their three children live in Green Bay.
Chad Robinson
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales for UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin, Chad Robinson leads a team of account executives who drive growth in health and specialty insurance offerings to customers with 2 - 5,000 employees. Chad specializes in relationships and education with brokers and partners in the marketplace and helps ensure a positive experience for those we have the privilege to serve.
Before moving into his current role in October 2022, Chad had spent the prior 18 years working at both carriers and agencies to assist employers develop comprehensive employee benefit packages to meet their needs. Most recently he served as the Director of Analytics at R&R Insurance Services in Waukesha, WI.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where he also was a member of the Cross Country and Track & Field programs. He maintains Life and Casualty & Health licenses from the State of Wisconsin and is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council. Chad also serves on the board of directors for Family Service, a nonprofit serving mental health needs of some of Waukesha County’s most vulnerable individuals.
Chad and his wife live in Big Bend, with their two young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, training for triathlons, and being on the lake near his family’s cabin.
Amy Balck
Director, Field Account Management
Small Business & Key Accounts
Currently director of account management in Wisconsin, Amy Balck joined the UnitedHealthcare Employer and Individual team in the fall of 2005 as an account manager. In this role, Amy was focused on providing exceptional service to customers, members and brokers. In early 2007, she was promoted to oversee the Wisconsin field account management team where she could support others in servicing their customers’ brokers in addition to helping them to achieve their career goals.
In 2016, Amy was looking for a new challenge and added the Wisconsin specialty strategic account executives to her team. She also serves as the Wisconsin NPS champion and is committed to finding innovative ways to improve the service experience for UnitedHealthcare customers and members.
Amy's passion for building relationships and creating a positive service experience started over 24 years ago with Humana in a wide range of roles within claims and customer service, appeals, financial recovery management and market relations.
Martin Flower
Director, Account Management
Key Accounts
Marty Flower serves UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin as director of account management for Key Account ASO and UMR business. He is responsible for ensuring service delivery and satisfaction with our self-funded customers, in partnership with their broker partners and consultants, through a team of local strategic account executives.
In 2018, in addition to managing UMR business, Marty assumed responsibility for UnitedHealthcare Key Account ASO business, managing account management personnel for both of our self-funded client solutions.
Marty has been with UnitedHealthcare and its acquired companies (including Wausau Insurance, Wausau Benefits, Fiserv Health and UMR) for over 35 years, with the last 11 years as part of the UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin Health Plan.
Marty is involved in the American Heart Association for Southeast Wisconsin, serving as a board member and on the executive leadership team for the annual Heart and Stroke Ball. He is also an active supporter of the UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation, and served as past president of the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council.
Marty holds a degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Menomonee Falls near their two grown children and granddaughter.
Lisa Bembinster

Key Accounts
Lisa Bembinster serves UnitedHealthcare of Wisconsin as director of account management for Key Account UnitedHealthcare ASO and UMR business in Wisconsin. She is responsible for ensuring the service delivery and satisfaction with services provided to our self-funded customers, in partnership with their broker partners and consultants, through a team of local strategic account executives.
In 2018, in addition to managing UMR business, Lisa assumed responsibility for UnitedHealthcare Key Account ASO business, managing account management personnel for both of our self-funded client solutions.

Lisa is involved in her community serving on various charitable organizations. She is also an active supporter of the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation. Lisa and her husband, Chris, live in Tomahawk and have 2 grown children.
Dr. Nicole Brady, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Michigan, Wisconsin – Employer & Individual
UnitedHealthcare Clinical Services
Dr. Nicole Brady is the Chief Medical Officer for UnitedHealthcare’s Employer and Individual business in WI and MI. In that role, she collaborates with providers to improve the quality of care experienced by our members and innovate new care delivery models and payment methodologies that deliver greater value to members. She works with employers as they strive to improve the health and wellness of their employees while controlling costs. Dr. Brady is committed to ensuring individuals and communities have access to the highest quality, most cost-effective health care possible.
Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare in January 2020, Dr. Brady was a medical director with Network Health Plan, a regional insurance organization serving members in northeast and southeast Wisconsin. She continues in a limited part-time role delivering direct patient care for Ascension Medical Group where in the past she served in physician leadership as a Medical Director of Primary Care and a Regional Vice President.
Dr. Brady is a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of WI - Fox Valley. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Wisconsin Medical Society, the American Association for Physician Leadership.
Dr. Brady is originally from the Fox Valley area of WI where she now lives with her husband and two children. They are actively involved in local youth sports and enjoy spending time outside with family and friends.
