Mineral services are automatically included in UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded plans, at no additional cost.
The Mineral Platform is available on all Level Funded plans beginning Nov. 1, 2024. Clients will be contacted by a Mineral Engagement Specialist after activation is complete.
Eligible employers will receive a co-branded welcome email with login credentials directly from Mineral. The welcome email will include a link to set up their password. Employers will receive an outreach call from a Mineral Engagement Specialist to schedule an onboarding session. Each month the employer is reminded of their services through educational webinars and compliance publications sent directly to them via email.
If the health plan becomes inactive, or an employer is no longer part of the market segment, Mineral services are discontinued.
Yes. Brokers can partner with Mineral to provide HR and compliance solutions to their employer clients, but the Mineral product offering is different.
