Now that you’re in the know, let’s walk through how you can get started with the United Healthcare app. First, download the United Healthcare app and tap Create Account.

Fill out your personal information including your name, email and birthdate. Next, confirm your email. Then, enter your phone number and confirm. Next, enter your identification number, which is either your member ID or social security number. Then, set your password and agree to the terms and conditions. Once you're signed in, you can access any ID cards associated with your plan.
