BOBBY BROWN: I've been a gym rat for well over 20 years.

I started noticing a little bit more what I thought was heartburn.

So I go to a cardiologist. He says, Mr. Brown, it's the worst possible situation.

LUCRETIA BROWN: doctor looked me straight in the eye and said, Mrs. Brown, it doesn't get more life-threatening than this. We're admitting him for surgery. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened that day.

The first call I received was from UnitedHealthcare, and it was Bobby's health care advocate. He had already received the information from the hospital. He assured me that he was going to be there working behind the scenes to make sure we had everything taken care of. And he did tell me, like, you're going to be okay.

BOBBY BROWN: Our care coordinator made us feel like we were valued and that we were a person because the way he interacted with us was not about a case or a claim. And hey, don't worry, I'll take care of all the other business side. You just get better.
