Care Cash® is a preloaded debit card you can use to help pay toward eligible health care expenses. The card comes with $200 for individuals or $500 for families — and it is included in your plan, so the funds are yours to spend on the care you need.

24/7 Virtual Visits

Provides non-emergency, same-day care for common conditions like allergies, bronchitis, and headaches — all from the comfort of anywhere.¹

Primary and specialty care visits

Includes primary care for routine visits ranging from physical to behavioral health as well as specialty care from cardiologists, dermatologists and more.

Convenience care and urgent care visits

Convenience care clinics offer care for routine and preventive services like treatment for minor injuries. Urgent care delivers care for more serious conditions.

Lab providers

Lab providers are here to help with diagnosing, treating and monitoring various clinical conditions — and they offer a range of specialized services, too.

An eligible member’s UnitedHealthcare provider network defines the specific Care Cash program provider eligibility. Must be a UnitedHealthcare network provider to be eligible for Care Cash and meet the Care Cash provider definition to be eligible. Care Cash is included in your plan. There are no penalties, fees or income restrictions associated with the debit card. Program max benefit $2,000. Applicable for employees (individuals) and families (employees with dependents). Care Cash funds not eligible for claims incurred prior to card activation. Unused funds remain available for use for members who maintain their Care Cash program eligibility in next plan renewal year. Existing registered card should be maintained for next plan renewal year when Care Cash program eligibility is renewed. 

24/7 Virtual Visits is a service available with a provider via video, or audio-only where permitted under state law. It is not an insurance product or a health plan. Unless otherwise required, benefits are available only when services are delivered through a Designated Virtual Network Provider. 24/7 Virtual Visits are not intended to address emergency or life-threatening medical conditions and should not be used in those circumstances. Services may not be available at all times, or in all locations, or for all members. Check your benefit plan to determine if these services are available. 

Certain preventive care items and services, including immunizations, are provided as specified by applicable law, including the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), with no cost-sharing to you. These services may be based on your age and other health factors. Other routine services may be covered under your plan, and some plans may require copayments, coinsurance or deductibles for these benefits. Always review your benefit plan documents to determine your specific coverage details.
